Collaborative audit of systems, staffing, skills and capacity for strategic, mission-driven communications and fundraising which nonprofit clients rely on for advancing their work more efficiently, effectively and joyfully. Live, remote or hybrid event or academic/artistic conference production for small to mid-size gatherings. Big Dipper Projects works with a wide range of independent contractors and businesses in Chicagoland to produce nonprofit fundraisers and performance events, and has collaborated with global cultural and educational partners to produce academic conferences and symposiums for academics and artists.
